Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (until mid-March) 

Saturday and Sunday during peak seasons: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 

Lunch Break: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

**Availability**

To receive our weekly availability along with pictures via email, please send your request to deb@bettingersgreenhouse.com or call or text Debbie Bettinger at 419-392-8692.

**Deliveries**

Deliveries are available 7 days a week upon receipt of a completed order with 72 hours' advance notice.

**Split Loads**

Split loads are available if two or more parties are interested in same-day delivery. Upon the arrival of our truck, we kindly request the immediate removal of plants from our racks and the return of those racks to the same truck. Rack boards should be returned in the same order as they were shipped. All boards and racks must be accounted for. Please note that all orders are subject to availability at the time of shipping.

**Customer Pick-Up**

Orders may be picked up at our Swanton location. We ask that you schedule your pickup date in advance so our shipping department can prepare your order for your arrival. Please note: No pickups after 5:00 p.m. or between the hours of 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

**Grower Truck**

Plants delivered by our grower truck are hand-delivered to your door. Both local and long-distance delivery options are available. You must have a forklift to unload the plants and be able to accommodate a 53’ refrigerated semi-trailer at your business. We appreciate your assistance in unloading the plants from our trucks and returning the racks.
